As a Shipping Technician, you will accurately pick, pack, and process domestic and international orders by following SOPs and cGMPs, efficiently managing batch carts, mastering box configurations, and posting orders in the ERP system.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, meaning that after 520 hours of work you could be hired directly by Thorne Research. Applicants must submit a resume to be considered.

What We Offer:

Pay of $17.50 - $18.75 based on the shift Multiple shifts available: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

OR Wednesday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Must have experience in picking and packing operations Experience using ERP systems in a business or manufacturing environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions Must have stable work history Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; whole numbers and decimals) Ability to concentrate and distinguish between over 300 product codes and product lot numbers Ability to determine the most suitable packaging materials and methods for shipments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to stand, walk, and move unassisted throughout the entire shift Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, grasp with force, twist wrists, and reach overhead repeatedly Ability to ascend/descend ladders carrying up to 20 pounds What You'll Do as a Shipping Technician:

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs); stay knowledgeable of changes Accurately pick, pack, and process a wide variety of customer orders Maintain order integrity while efficiently packing orders in a neat and organized manner Verify addresses and shipping methods before processing Manage workload and prioritize tasks based on department needs Complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and fully Consistently follow through on tasks and projects independently Become cross-trained and assist in different areas as needed Operate equipment and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Engage respectfully with co-workers and supervisors; respond positively to feedback Support and follow company policies, standards of conduct, and the mission of customer service, teamwork, and accountability Participate actively in required training and development programs
