Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Office Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves managing the front desk operations, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries with a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
