In this role, you'll define the systems and tools that underpin how agents are built, evaluated, and deployed at a scale. You'll work closely with engineering, research, and design to build a robust platform for agent development and quality balancing safety, performance, and developer velocity. What You'll Do

Developer Experience & SDKs: Define and evolve the agentic SDKs, APIs, and workflows that make agent creation intuitive, reliable, and scalable. Ensure developers have the right tools, documentation, and support to succeed. Agent Enablement, Standard Processes & Operator Strategy: Provide clear mentorship on agent use cases, patterns, and standard methodologies. Manage the expanding catalog of operators, including when and how to use each one effectively to improve agent performance and maintainability. Develop platform functions for efficient collaboration among different agents, ensuring clear communication and coordination. Quality Tooling & Agent Value Frameworks: Define and drive the tooling and evaluation frameworks needed to assess agent quality including output accuracy, consistency, and responsiveness. Establish metrics and methodologies to measure the real-world value agents deliver to users and the business. What We Are Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills you can align collaborators across engineering, research, design, and field teams.
