Territory Sales Manager

to join our team. This role involves serving as a Territory Sales Representative in a high-potential market. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with sales experience and a proven track record. You will be responsible for our APOC, Pli Dek, and Polyset brands within the Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama markets. Your duties will include prospecting and developing commercial sales, primarily calling on installation contractors and distributors, as well as other key influencers such as general contractors, specifiers, and building owners who can influence product selection and purchasing decisions. Account management will involve A/R support, technical support coordination, estimating product usage, and working with the technical services department on project proposals. Maintaining a regular call cycle and reporting weekly via our Sales Force CRM system are also required. Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for direct buying customers and key influencers in the area. Create and execute a written business development plan for your industry and markets. Travel regularly within your territory as needed. Conduct customer training through live demonstrations, remote learning, and educational presentations. Review sales and lead generation reports to identify market opportunities. Utilize industry specifications, building notifications, and plans to develop bid project pipelines. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve goals. Perform customer follow-ups and comprehensive sales reviews regularly. Participate in local roofing and waterproofing trade shows.

Experience Needed: Proven sales track record. Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills. Ability to work independently with clients, overcoming objections related to price, application, etc. Successful cold-calling experience within a territory targeting both large and small clients in construction and installation markets. At least 5 years of sales experience in roofing and waterproofing systems. Construction experience as an installer, especially in roofing or waterproofing, is a major plus but not required. Experience with project specifications, including sales and promotion of roofing and waterproofing solutions, is a plus but not required.
