They maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar area, ensure compliance with all alcohol regulations, and contribute to a positive guest experience through friendly and efficient service.This is a seasonal part-time role and will be open from July 23, 2025 to October 23, 2025.This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 plus tips.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.This position will remain open until October 23, 2025.Greet customers in a friendly and professional mannerPrepare and serve drinks according to company recipes and legal standardsCheck customer identification to ensure legal drinking ageMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, tools, and glasswareRestock bar inventory and supplies as neededProcess payments accurately via cash or POS systemMonitor guest intoxication levels and follow responsible service practicesCollaborate with other staff and support barback or food service roles when necessaryHandle customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteouslyComply with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulationsMust be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on local/state laws)High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior bartending or barback experience is a plusTABC or state alcohol service certification (required in many jurisdictions)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and cash-handling skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsMust be punctual, reliable, and a team playerAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
