Overview
Joining Balfour Beatty as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Carolinas team, you will play a key role in the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, developing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate flow through to final disposition in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all Balfour Beatty U.S. positions. Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks supporting the candidate experience, including scheduling interviews and timely follow up. Manage both internal and external applicant flow in the Applicant Tracking Systems. Oversee the candidate experience, including scheduling phone and in-person interviews, providing timely follow-up at each stage. Attend college and other Industry recruitment events. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP guidelines Benefits
