Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our fast casual and fun restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a proven track record in hospitality. Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff and coordinating with other managers. Creating employee schedules and ensuring that all shifts are fully staffed and trained. Managing inventory, ordering supplies and controlling costs to maximize profits. Ensuring that all food and drinks are prepared to the highest standards of quality, cooking, and presentation. Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, including in-store promotions and events. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for employees and guests. Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage a team successfully. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of restaurant software systems is preferred.
