About the Role
Were looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to execute integrated B2B and digital marketing campaigns that grow GivenGains reach and impact. Reporting directly to our CMO, youll work closely with our marketing agency, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that engage target audiences, generate qualified leads, and support our partners success.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer with strong digital skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for social impact.
What Youll Do
Campaign Management & Digital Acquisition
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting charities, events, and corporate partners.
Lead email and lifecycle marketing campaigns to attract, serve and retain GivenGain partners.
Drive lead generation through paid search, paid social, and other acquisition channels.
Manage and optimize CRM-driven campaigns to nurture and convert prospects.
Content, PR & Communications.
Collaborate with our agency to deliver PR and earned media opportunities.
Oversee creation of marketing assets, case studies, and campaign content.
Manage email marketing programs, including segmentation and automation.
Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to create marketing initiatives that support client onboarding and retention.
Track performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
What Were Looking For
24 years of B2B and digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, nonprofit tech, or social impact sectors.
Proficiency in digital acquisition channels, CRM platforms, PR, and email marketing.
Bonus: Expertise with Klaviyo for lifecycle and automation flows.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
Passion for social impact and a collaborative, team-first approach.
