Regional Sales Manager job description Manage a team of dedicated truck sales professionals. Build and strengthen relationships with trucking companies and associations. Lead by example on customer calls and assist the sales team with presenting and closing orders. Hire and train new salespeople to become industry experts. Qualifications/Requirements
Strong work ethic with excellent self-discipline and time management skills. Reasonable working knowledge of trucks and truck specifications. Customer relations experience within the Trucking Industry or a related industry. Exceptional Customer Service Orientation. A desire for high earning potential. A record of success in past sales positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Some travel is required. Benefits
