About the role
The HR Shared Services Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in every request and interaction; researching and providing answers to HR questions from employees; and completing data entry for Shared Services processes. You will be responsible for answering all employee questions and escalating as needed to the correct individual or team. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, you will collaborate with team members on Shared Services to provide an exceptional People Experience for Doctor’s and Associates.
This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Raleigh, NC or Vienna, VA office.
You Will
Respond to associates’ questions and calls through ticketing system ensuring accuracy and care within each response
Manage assigned tickets and collaborate closely with the HR Shared Services team to triage, resolve, and support all inbound questions
Drive quality control in HR compliance execution through the administration of I-9 and unemployment programs
Process, enter, and finalize employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle transactions in our ATS and HCM
Responsible for data integrity in transaction processing within HCM
Responsible for the entry of doctor employment agreement terms related to compensation, entitlements, and other benefits into the HCM
Run audits to ensure data integrity in HR systems and support data clean-up projects
Upload and organize e-filing documents into employee files
Troubleshoot basic HCM workflow issues and escalate as appropriate
Demonstrate integrity in keeping information confidential and follow protocols for data processing.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field is preferred.
1+ years in HR shared services, people operations or HR administrative experience.
2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Demonstrated customer focus and collaboration skills.
Ability to successfully prioritize work and ensure deadlines are met.
