Overview

This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing Oxford Marketing Group initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with department, brand and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manages project planning and strategy, collaborates with marketing and brand teams to support and develop strategic marketing plans, provide scope output, set timelines, align budgets and map out tasks to implement campaigns effectively.
• Resource Management: allocate and coordinate with OXMG leaders to efficiently resource, monitor and ensure execution on time and on budget.
• Maintain regular communication with cross functional teams, providing updates, aligning expectations and resolving issues promptly.
• Timeline management: create and manage calendars, project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely outputs and coordination with Brands.
• Develop and maintain department documentation and reporting outputs. Manage meetings, agendas and follow-ups.
• Act as a key support for our marketing technology (MarTech) stack, assisting with the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of various marketing applications (e.g., email marketing platforms, CRM tools, analytics software, loyalty programs).
• Own relationship with MarTech partner, coordinating implementations, updates and services between OXMG, Oxford enterprise teams such as IT and legal, Brands, LSI and Development PM / partner.
• Assist in the evaluation and integration of new marketing tools and technologies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing or project management related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing project management role.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Experience working with multiple brands or business units.
• Experience in retail/fashion industry.
