Product Manager- Digital & Technology
This is a role that supports the Global Workplace Solutions' Product and Design team within CBRE's global Digital and Technology organization. In this role, you will work in support of the growth and operations of the software products and services the team manages, develop a deep understanding of CBRE's digital solutions for our GWS customers, and hone your product management and analytical skills. You will be assigned a variety of projects in specific GWS D&T Product areas such as creating user workflow and user stories, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive key product decisions, maintain and update client facing product roadmaps to continuously inform cross functional stakeholders, and help operationalize best practices in the team's product development process. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, your job is to help ensure and illustrate how CBRE products solve our customers' problems. What you'll do: Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for CBRE's digital products, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for delivery. Document, understand, and analyze user needs and workflows. Research market trends, competitors, customers, and product data to contribute the overall definition of our digital products. Actively identify opportunities to introduce AI and agentic automation capabilities into products to create features that differentiate, as well as introduce efficiencies into the underlying business process. Serve as the voice and representative of the customer (both internal and external) to technical teams. Partner with UX researchers and designers to create an intuitive and beautiful user experience. Utilize data and insights to drive product enhancements and improved outcomes for the business and end-users. Work with engineers and agile teams to build, test, and launch new features. Create product demos, guides, release notes, as well as other product documentation to help drive user adoption. Provide regular updates and presentations to key stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment. Support business stakeholders and senior product managers on ad-hoc projects as needed to drive product vision, prioritization, and roadmap. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science. At least 5 years of professional experiences as a Product Manager on software solutions for enterprise organizations. Flexibility in schedule to work with globally distributed stakeholders. Deep interest in technology, software products, data, AI and real-estate operations. Curiosity about how things work and desire to drive continuous improvements. Excellent in quantitative analysis, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take initiative while seek guidance as needed, thrive under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven record of delivering high quality project outcome on time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Industry experience in software product management and/or business transformations with software products, in either a product management, or management consulting role. Experience in building products on Low-Code-No-Code platforms to increase productivity and efficiency for internal operational teams, specifically in Google AppSheet. Deep understanding of the common technologies used to design and deliver products and or/ software engineering experience. Experiences in productivity and collaboration software tools such Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Planner, Power Automate, Visio, Atlassian Suite, as well as Miro/Figma. Why CBRE?
