Shift: Day Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater) Hours per Pay Period: 1.00 = 80 hours every two weeks (Exempt) Starting Wage DOE: $29.08 - $36.34 The Marketing Project & Event Strategist ensures the execution and delivery of service line marketing campaigns and projects. The incumbent manages service line strategies to ensure all projects are delivered on time. This position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include drafting quarterly service line goals and tactics, maintaining project management system, and monitoring to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and on budget. This position is also responsible to ensure effective brand presence at open houses, health fairs, conference exhibits, employee events and educational programs. Serves as a liaison related to providing information about Billings Clinic services to community members, employers, consumer groups, payers and other target audiences as needed. Position oversees marketing communication premiums and interfaces with vendors. Essential Job Functions: Supports and models behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, values, code of business conduct and service expectations. Meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements. Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency standards as it relates to the environment, employee, patient safety or job performance. Coordinates marketing project resources and tracks project progress against established timelines and schedules. Ensures work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Acts as a liaison between the property owners and project team members regarding changes or problems. Selects, negotiates with, and coordinates the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors. Responsible for material management and delivery scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects. Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management. Service as point of contact for marketing requests and assign to appropriate team member. Coordinates all aspects of targeted marketing events, including open houses, health fairs, conference exhibits and/or education programs such as Lunch and Learn.
