Base pay range : 145k–$175k

• bonus | Hybrid NYC (3 days onsite)

About the Role

We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can own media and e-commerce strategy, execution, and optimization—delivering measurable impact across every channel.

Responsibilities

• Lead media across digital, social, paid, earned & owned channels
• Drive Amazon & retailer.com growth through media, content & conversion strategies
• Partner with creative teams for high-impact campaigns
• Manage agency partners & track ROI / ROAS performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer goods (corporate or agency)
