Your Contribution:

Our client is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to design and execute data-driven campaigns that engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You will help develop campaign marketing strategies across key channels such as email, in-app messaging, tradeshows, mailers, and more. The ideal candidate understands customer journeys, digital marketing, campaign marketing, and personalization to drive meaningful customer experiences and business growth.

Location:

Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, flexibility on Friday)

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

We recognize that team members may need flexibility around office hours for situations such as drop-off and pick-up of children and unexpected emergencies. Employees are expected to work with managers to align schedules for team coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize & execute multi-channel campaigns – Support the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing initiatives across email, social media, paid ads, and events
  • Content creation & messaging – Assist in developing compelling marketing materials, including blogs, emails, landing pages, and social posts
  • Campaign performance analysis – Track, measure, and report on campaign success, leveraging data to optimize future efforts
  • Event & tradeshow support – Help coordinate logistics, marketing collateral, and pre/post-event engagement strategies
  • Partnership marketing – Support marketing efforts for industry partnerships, ensuring alignment and execution of co-branded initiatives
  • CRM & marketing automation – Work within HubSpot (or similar tools) to segment audiences, schedule campaigns, and improve lead nurturing
  • Competitive & market research – Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and new marketing opportunities

Who You Are:

  • Process oriented with a passion for campaign marketing and execution
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on collaborator that works well in teams and cross-functionally
  • An avid learner who is excited about tests and experiments as well as wins and results
  • A strong interest in understanding the customer and delivering a highly engaging and tailored experience
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Interest in start-ups, technology, and/or healthcare

Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree and a strong marketing background
  • 3 to 6 years of total professional experience
  • 3+ years of campaign marketing experience
  • Experience in marketing to small businesses
  • Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 (Eligible for equity options grants)
