SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER- CONSTRUCTION COMMERCIAL LINES OF INSURANCE Location: Newport Beach, CA or Ontario, CA with hybrid schedule (in office 2x/week). 4675 MacArthur Court, Suite 750, Newport Beach, CA 92660 Summary

The Senior Client Manager within our Construction practice works with and supports Producers, Client Executives, and account teams to manage client service delivery throughout the insurance renewal and policy period on an assigned book of business. The role is client facing and team focused, using professional skills in commercial property and casualty insurance to enhance and expand client relationships. The individual must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily and meet the required knowledge, skill, and ability standards. Responsibilities

Overall ongoing service duties: ensure timely and consistent review of expiration lists; process applications, policies, endorsements, binders/notice of elections, certificates, auto ID cards, audit requests/reviews, and other items related to servicing clients; research and answer client policy, coverage, exclusions, and related questions with team support; assist the broader service and broking teams in servicing clients; provide support to Producers/Client Advocate and Client Executives, including preparing presentations and proposals and participating in meetings with prospective clients; prepare invoicing and client allocations with EPIC Accounting; resolve client billing issues with team support; maintain office/administrative support as needed; keep Agency Management Systems and Share Drive files updated; establish and maintain open items lists with clients; prepare schedules and summaries of insurance and coverage illustrations; respond promptly to client questions to maintain trust and confidence; meet quality and timeliness standards in Agency Management Systems; oversee AR reports for assigned accounts with Producers/Client Advocates/Client Executives as needed; access/manage third party certificate sites and carrier websites. Renewal process: schedule internal strategy meetings with Producers/CA/CE; prepare external strategy presentations and materials; review current programs and expiring exposures; request updated exposures and loss runs; coordinate responses with multiple client contacts; support the submission and proposal process; manage policy checking, delivery, and renewal timelines; manage certificates of insurance and auto ID cards; coordinate binding/post-binding processes; obtain premium financing options and invoice renewals/allocations; other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Experience: 7+ years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in a client-facing broker environment; 3+ years of Construction commercial account management experience. Licenses/Designations: Property and Casualty Broker License; valid driver license. Insurance industry designations preferred but not required. Skills and Competencies

Full knowledge of Property & Casualty lines of coverage and end-to-end renewal process. Ability to understand coverage questions and analyze situations logically; strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to handle highly sensitive information; customer service oriented; strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and in a team; ability to multi-task and prioritize. Physical Demands and Work Environment
