Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, Engineering, Software Development, or related field is required
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM strategy, Salesforce administration, or related fields is required.
Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience managing CRM teams and digital transformation initiatives is required.
Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements.
Additional Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations) required.
Experience leading CRM adoption and training programs at scale required.
Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills required.
Strong knowledge of data management, reporting tools, and AI-driven CRM enhancements preferred.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Architect) are preferred
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required – approximately 5%.
Location Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)
Schedule Some evenings and weekends required
