Prepare start packages for residential pool construction projects Support the Purchasing Supervisor with pricing, estimating, and maintaining supplier lists Coordinate revised pricing with contractors and assist Pool Construction Managers with start package pricing and coding Generate and review purchase orders, including variance orders, and resolve field purchasing issues Collaborate with the supervisor to process pool permits with the county and regulatory agencies Assist in creating pool closing packages for clients The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. High school diploma or equivalent Residential home builder purchasing experience preferred Excellent verbal, written communication, and customer service skills Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience with database systems is desired; NewStar experience is a plus! Physical requirements
