Secure new and expanded business opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company database. Attend networking and industry events. Accompany prospective clients to property sites and discuss property features. Prepare letters of intent, listing agreements, and negotiate purchase/sale agreements and addendums. Coordinate an efficient marketing and transaction process with multiple parties. REQUIREMENTS

Must have a Real Estate License. Bachelors degree in Business or a related industry, or equivalent experience. 35 years of sales experience preferred but not required. Competitive nature. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong prospecting skills and ability to penetrate new accounts. Organizational skills to maintain regular contact with a large database of clients and prospects. Understanding of financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate. Professional work ethic and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Be coachable. Insatiable appetite for success.
