The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our restoration services by building and maintaining strong relationships with key referral accounts. This position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target potential referral accounts. Develop and execute strategic business development plans. Conduct market research. Represent the company at industry events. Account Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing referral accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for referral accounts. Conduct regular meetings with referral partners. Collaborate with the operations team. Sales and Marketing: Develop and deliver compelling presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team. Track and report on sales performance. Administrative: Prepare and maintain accurate records. Provide regular reports to the Sales Director. Ensure compliance with company policies.
