Job Title
Manages or performs work associated with two or more of the following: Logistics Planning & Optimization. Warehouse & Distribution Center Operations (Warehouse, Warehouse Shipping & Receiving, Distribution Center, Distribution Inbound/Outbound, Materials Handling, etc.). Transportation Management. Fleet Management. Responsibilities include: Align and inspire teammate participation in all team related activities Responsible for timely shipment of all domestic and international orders Execute the inventory cycle count program Must understand shipping regulations as they pertain to domestic and international shipments Must use the ERP system to perform the shipping, receiving and materials functions Safely operate material handling equipment Use the necessary power and hand tools to crate parts and equipment for damage free shipments Ensure line driven safety goals and objectives are achieved Work interdependently with other departments to ensure internal and external customer process deliverables/expectations are met or exceeded Develop, implement, and maintain process standards and guidelines for plant expectations of key processes KPI's Manage the required resources to ensure the optimization of the department budget Minimum qualifications typically require a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree.
