What Youll Do

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs under the guidance of senior team members. Aid in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives. May be asked to assist in scheduling milestone meetings, take notes in meetings and ensure they are properly distributed after meetings. Set up a centralized project tracker: budgets, specs, resources, timelines, status, etc. Keep Project Trackers and SharePoint Sites updated. Support in the creation, tracking, and distribution of marketing collateral and assets. Triage incoming project briefs assess them through the lens of resourcing and strategic priorities, and escalate to Category Lead as necessary. If external agencies are involved, confirm assignments and clarify roles/responsibilities as necessary. What You Need To Succeed

3-5 years of creative program management experience within a corporate tech organization or creative ad agency. Marketing campaign management & creative project/program management experience with the ability to manage campaign briefs, creative production, and campaign execution. Effectively work & collaborate across creatives, media teams and business stakeholders. Capable of driving great communication, building strong partnerships, and navigating complex stakeholders. Strength in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and managing a team across complex timelines. Ability to identify when a brief lacks clarity around deliverables, messaging, or stakeholder expectationstake proactive steps to resolve gaps through working sessions or email communications. Exceptional communication skills, with ability to clearly communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities. Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, while remaining flexible. Experience using Workfront or ability to pick up PM tools quickly; Slack experience is a plus since this role works within a heavy Slack culture. Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information to communicate with extended teams. Excellent written and verbal communication and social skills, with a consistent record of taking initiative and building strong, positive relationships. Proactively identify potential issues and problem solve, while keeping all parties informed and tracking. Foster a collaborative environment and promote team harmony with a positive attitude.
