Overview We are seeking an experienced

Technical Project Manager (TPM)

to join our

Directory Services team , supporting initiatives around Active Directory (AD) infrastructure. This individual will drive delivery of AD migrations, consolidations, remediation, and hygiene initiatives, while collaborating with engineering teams in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. The TPM will operate independently and contribute to process improvements, mentoring, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Active Directory infrastructure projects including migrations, consolidations, security remediation, and hygiene initiatives.

Collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers on AD architecture changes.

Work within hybrid Agile/Waterfall frameworks and serve as backup Scrum Master when needed.

Support and mentor product analysts on requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and work breakdown structures.

Manage project tracking, reporting, and governance using Jira.

Identify and drive process improvements across the Directory team.

Ensure alignment of projects with enterprise security standards and IT policies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.

3+ years of direct experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira, Kanban boards, and Confluence.

Technical background in Active Directory infrastructure and security.

Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure projects (e.g., migrations, consolidations, remediation).

Skilled at mentoring, collaborating, and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications preferred.
