We need a highly experienced and technically proficient Technical Program Manager to lead the implementation of its EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and Chemical Material Management systems as well as their interfaces with its core ERP system based on SAP S/4HANA public cloud. Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.).

They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principle s Responsibilities Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc. Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources Skills Required: Business Requirements Complex Deployment Planning Communications Testing Methodologies Vendor Management API Business Risk Mgt Skills Preferred: IT Operations, SAP Experience Required: Senior Specialist Exp: 10+ years in IT; Complex Global Programs Experience Preferred: Develop and execute a comprehensive implementation / release plan Manage the technical aspects of the integration, including API design, data mapping, and testing Collaborate closely with Ford Enterprise business / IT teams, BOBM system integration partner, and other internal / external stakeholders Oversee the development and execution of integration and E2E system test plan; support UAT Develop system launch plan aligning with key business and infrastructure milestones Resolve technical issues and roadblocks effectively and efficiently throughout the program life cycle Monitor project progress and report regularly to stakeholders on key metrics and milestones. Manage risks and issues proactively, escalating as needed. Manage partner / vendor relationships Education Required Bachelor's Degree
