Interim Nurse Supervisor, Nights
Join a New York medical center as their next Interim Nurse Supervisor, Nights! The Position
The Interim House Supervisor (Nights) is responsible for off shift, house supervision. This leader will be the highest administrator in the building at that time and will assume responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care on the unit. This leader will be expected to maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards of care. They will be expected to develop quality/performance improvement programs and instruct/implement these new best practices to the department. The ideal candidate will be able to solve problems quickly, provide guidance and support to staff, and be a resource to the department. They will have proven leadership skills and be excellent communicators. Previous experience working night shift is a plus. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance. Requirements
BSN is required; master's is strongly preferred. Active NYS RN license is required. BCLS certification is required. EPIC experience is strongly preferred. Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $140,000 to $145,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments. The Community
