Act as a strategic Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of emerging technologies like AI and GenAI.

What you will do at Sogeti

:

Defineand champion the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment withbusiness goals and user needs across data products and programs

Shapeand manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on impact,feasibility, and value

Translatebusiness requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria fordevelopment teams

Overseeresource allocation and team capacity planning to ensure timely andefficient delivery

Collaborateclosely with platform managers to articulate and validate business value

Leadagile ceremonies, including release planning, sprint planning, andstakeholder demos

Fostercross-functional collaboration, ensuring transparency and alignment acrossteams

What you will bring

:

10+years of experience in product ownership, technical delivery, or relatedroles

Provenability to manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and drive agiledelivery

Strongexperience in requirements gathering and translating insights into acompelling product vision

Demonstratedleadership in guiding teams, promoting continuous improvement, andresolving complex challenges

Skilledin stakeholder engagement, especially in high-demand environments wheretechnical solutions must align with evolving business needs

Experiencewith Databricks and expertise in building scalable data solutions using Spark,Delta Lake, and MLflow is highly preferred

Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, especiallyin data engineering and analytics

Experienceintegrating LLMs into products or workflows using APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AzureOpenAI); ability to evaluate GenAI use cases and guide responsible adoption ishighly preferred

Education:

Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
