Role Responsibilities Lead and manage Workday ERP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and expected outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and Business Analysis, to gather requirements and define project scope. Develop, maintain, and deliver project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Manage integrations for newly acquired businesses/functions. Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system. Plan and execute Change Management strategies for projects. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices. Manage third-party AMS supporting Workday rollout. Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of successful ERP Project Management experience, preferably with Workday. Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of HR and Financial processes in Workday. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; PMP certification is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and Teams. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position based in Chicago, IL, with salary range $125,000-$140,000, plus benefits and potential bonuses.
