Bennett Thrasher (“BT”) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate who will be responsible for leading solutions implementation projects, implementing and spearheading AI projects, and leveraging APIs to integrate various products. This hands-onrole requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of technology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and senior leadership. Responsibilities: Lead Solutions Implementation Projects: Lead the execution of technology solutions from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. AI Project Leadership: Implement and lead AI initiatives, driving innovation and utilizing cutting-edge technologies to enhance business outcomes API Integration: Utilize APIs to integrate and enhance product offerings, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized functionality. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with C-level executives and senior leadership to understand organizational goals, define strategies, and develop technology roadmaps. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness and impact of technology initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record in solutions implementation, system integration and troubleshooting. Proven project management & risk management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple implementations simultaneously. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, LLM, API integration, and current technology trends. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic goals. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with C-level executives and senior leadership. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive innovation This role requires working in the office for the first 90 days.
