Office Manager - Well-established Operational Growth Investment Firm

This full-time, permanent Office Manager position is based in NYC and supports daily operations for a growing firm with private investment professionals. The role coordinates administrative functions, supports executive staff, and helps maintain an efficient, professional office environment. A minimum of 35+ years of applicable administrative/office management experience is required; a Bachelors degree is strongly preferred. The candidate should be tech-savvy, highly polished, proactive, organized, friendly, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting. Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Details Location: New York, NY (SoHo/NYC office) Hours: 9:00am5:00pm, 5 days/week in office Benefits: 100% company-paid medical/dental/vision for employee and dependents; 401k (no employer match) eligible after 90 days; 15 vacation days; 40 hours of sick time

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to maintain an efficient office environment Manage the front desk, greet guests, and liaise with building management Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness; manage visitor log Maintain conference room calendars Oversee office operations including restocking and upkeep of kitchens, copy rooms, storage rooms, and meeting spaces Schedule and coordinate office meetings, conference rooms, and meals Coordinate with facility management vendors (cleaning, security, etc.) Screen, answer, and direct incoming calls; manage deliveries and mail distribution Provide administrative support to senior executives with attention to detail and service orientation Coordinate with building management for maintenance and miscellaneous requests Assist with minor company event planning and logistics

Required qualifications

Minimum 35+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles Bachelors degree strongly preferred but not required Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
