Full-Time We're seeking a dependable and safety-conscious
Forklift Operator
to join our Shipping & Receiving team in Sumner, WA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in
inventory management, order picking, customer service, and will call operations
. If you're skilled with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load/unload trailers and move materials throughout the warehouse
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying packing slips and quantities
Prepare and stage outgoing shipments based on daily schedules
Perform inventory checks, assist with cycle counts, and maintain accurate records
Pick orders and support will call operations with professionalism and attention to detail
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Use scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements: Proven experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts (certification preferred or ability to certify upon hire)
Strong background in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
Experience with inventory management, order picking, customer service, and will call
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Basic computer or scanner experience for inventory tracking
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Pay Details:
