Lead the Future of Low Voltage Projects - Join NCNS Communications as a Telecommunications Project Manager. Position: Telecommunications Project Manager. Company: NCNS Communications. Location: Sandy, UT. Salary: $65,000-$110,000+ per year + performance and year-end bonuses. Industry: Low Voltage Structured Cabling. NCNS Communications is seeking experienced and driven Telecommunications Project Managers to oversee structured cabling and low voltage installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will coordinate all phases of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety. You will serve as a primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, helping maintain project alignment and customer satisfaction from kickoff through closeout. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of structured cabling and telecommunications projects. Coordinate directly with clients and contractors regarding updates, issues, or changes. Track project performance, milestones, budgets, and key indicators; provide regular reports to management. Ensure quality control through onsite job checks, safety audits, and hazard analyses. Assist with the creation of project packets and development of new project scopes. Close out projects with as-built documentation, test results, and post-mortem reviews. Manage multiple projects and maintain up-to-date records and documentation. Provide mentorship and direction to field teams. Maintain excellent customer service while solving project challenges. Work with manufacturers' systems such as Siemon, Belden, Panduit, Corning, etc. Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience. Proven leadership and team motivation skills. Experience in structured cabling is highly preferred. BICSI or PMP certifications are strongly preferred. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and meeting jobsite safety expectations. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening per legal requirements.
