Position: Full Stack Java Developer
Location: San Leandro, CA - Hybrid
Mode: Contract - W2
About the Role: We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Java Developer to join our ATM UI Engineering team at Wells Fargo. This team is responsible for building and maintaining the user interface that powers the bank's ATM network - a critical touchpoint for millions of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless ATM user experiences. Contribute to front-end development using React (Angular experience is a plus). Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration efforts. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in San Leandro). Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Experience with React.js for front-end development. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Angular. Exposure to financial services or ATM-related systems. Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices. Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite at the San Leandro office
