Senior HR Generalist
Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite) Employment Type: 6-month (with possibility of extension) Summary We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Specialist to play a pivotal role within our Human Resources team. This onsite position focuses on comprehensive recruitment activities, seamless onboarding, and a variety of HR administrative functions. Success in this role requires excellent multitasking abilities, a meticulous eye for detail, and the capacity to thrive in a busy environment. Core Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of positions throughout the organization Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices Recruit, screen, and assess applicants to identify top talent Organize and facilitate candidate interviews Support the preparation and negotiation of employment offers, ensuring consistency with the organization's pay policies HR Process & Employee Support Manage onboarding experiences for new team members Maintain HR records, support process improvements, and assist with administrative duties Provide assistance for employee relations matters as needed Compensation & Job Structure Support Review and update position descriptions; conduct compensation benchmarking and market research Assist with user acceptance testing for newly implemented compensation tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered Significant HR generalist experience with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition Competence using Microsoft Office applications HR professional certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus
