We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven

Strategic Marketing Specialist

to expand PCI's regional marketing programs in alignment with a national marketing strategy. In this role, you will join our corporate marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, craft compelling proposals, collateral, and presentations, and leverage data-driven insights to strengthen PCI's go-to-market approach. Working closely with subject matter experts, business development, and regional operations, you will translate business objectives into targeted marketing plans that support growth initiatives. Your efforts will help PCI scale national strategies through localized execution-enhancing regional engagement, driving growth, and increasing our presence in priority markets. This position requires a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple initiativesall within a fast-paced environment supported by a collaborative and skilled marketing team. You bring a strategic, business-oriented mindset to marketing, with a strong understanding of how to align efforts with operational goals. You're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage and prioritize multiple projects independently. You work seamlessly across teams and disciplines, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. You have experience in B2B marketing and a solid understanding of the AEC industry, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary marketing partner for the assigned regions, representing the corporate marketing team while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Plan, execute, and manage targeted marketing campaigns across channels including website, email, social media, advertising, newsletters, and blog posts. Align content and messaging with business goals, focusing on account-based marketing to support client engagement and national growth. Develop and apply effective marketing strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. Support planning and promotion of events, trade shows, and new business initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Operations, Product Lines, local/regional branches) to ensure campaign alignment. Work with internal subject matter experts to develop polished content including thought leadership pieces, industry award submissions, and other initiatives to enhance brand visibility. Ensure consistency across all channels by working cross-functionally with the broader marketing team. Track and analyze campaign performance, manage KPIs, and translate insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.

Marketing Research, Analysis & Deployment

Optimize digital content for search performance (SEO). Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and client trends. Present complex data in a clear, actionable format to guide strategic decisions. Provide data-driven support for forecasting, tracking, and pipeline analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and leverage CRM platforms to align analytics with business goals. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, or a related role. (Corporate experience preferred). Strong project management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Strong proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to travel up to 25% annually.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the construction or A/E/C industry is highly preferred. Experience developing sales enablement materials including proposals and presentations. Experience working with or managing external marketing agencies. Experience with Keynote, Canva, WordPress, CRM, SharePoint is a plus. Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar.
