Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants to assist our client undergoing a Global Payroll Implementation.
Responsibilities:
Program governance including meeting cadence management, RACI and RAID management Create a Global Implementation & Resources Allocation Plan as lead by go live timetable to Manage project implementation and resources Manage vendor relationships, introducing KPI's and SLA's in line with Client's direction Support and manage global payroll operations alongside Client's direction Manage Global Implementation in line with client's go live timetable Manage payroll implementation milestones for each country Manage workstream solution dependencies across including but not limited to: Lyric, Workforce Manager and ADP Celergo as well as ADP GlobalView Manage workstream team dependencies Manage the processing team, supporting all defined regulations and processes in the validation of regulatory prerequisites Support implementation of internal controls including but not limited to audit, and internal processes Offer industry proficiency in aiding the organization's decision-making process Strong stakeholder relationship management - work closely and seamlessly with the client on all defined aspects of implementing and processing payroll. Support stakeholders in the planning and tracking of the program and cross program/ projects Developing and implementing project controlling and maintaining an overall view of all projects Prepare Steering Committee and PMO Presentations Supporting the governance and transition of payrolls from Implementation to Operational
Process Documentation
Manage the implementation and development of Global Payroll documentation including procedures and mapping in collaboration with regional and in-country leads and project leadership
Preferred Qualification(s): PMO Experience / Global Project Management / Payroll Management
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunitywith a start date of October 1,2025, with an initial duration through April 30, 2027
