Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus What Youll Do
Develop and execute strategies to optimize rent, occupancy, and collection performance Oversee lease administration, renewals, and rent increase notices Conduct market analysis to support pricing and revenue decisions Ensure compliance with lease documentation and regulatory requirements Manage delinquency performance and provide solutions to property teams Utilize systems (e.g., DocuSign, rent roll platforms) to track and audit charges Partner with asset management and operations to achieve financial goals Provide analysis, reports, and insights to leadership on revenue trends Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of direct reports Support budgeting and forecasting processes What Were Looking For
57+ years of experience in corporate real estate or property management finance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with complex datasets Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of leases across multiple states a plus Proven leadership experience with direct reports What We Offer
