Program Control Specialist

You will serve as a Program Control Specialist in the PMO 555 Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization (SIOP) of SIOP PMO PORTSMOUTH PNSY. Responsibilities include integrating products and services related to SIOP with all major stakeholders such as the Shipyard Commander, the Fleets, NAVSEA, PEOII, NAVFAC, and CNIC. You will collaborate with shipyard operations, facilities department, business office, and others to integrate and align schedules and SIOP initiatives. You will integrate SIOP initiatives and industrial requirements and priorities into shipyard equipment lists, schedules, and budgets. You will collaborate with the Fleets to integrate and align availability schedules. You will facilitate and support Modeling and Simulation (Mod/Sim) efforts, including Area Development Plans and other industrial facility projects and studies. You will develop and track risk mitigation plans and lessons learned. Requirements include at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. This experience must include analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations, facilitating the development of master planning products through coordination of multiple stakeholders, reviewing, tracking, and coordinating risk mitigation plans, and integrating and maintaining sequencing and scheduling plans to track events and milestones.
