In this role you will be responsible for Booz Allen Hamiltons AI-driven Enterprise Cybersecurity solutions design, strategy, and effectiveness. This includes participating in shaping and implementing Booz Allen's Enterprise AI-driven cybersecurity capabilities by collaborating with cross-functional teams within a business-wide converged technological security strategy. This strategy will drive the future security roadmap for Booz Allen's AI cybersecurity solutions, security protection programs, and AI platform protection models. You will be accountable for the AI cyber solutions, development, and implementation of AI solutions for the Enterprise Cybersecurity team and be the voice of cyber-AI capabilities in governance, assessment, and architecture contexts. You will introduce and evolve AI solutions that meet Booz Allen Hamilton's security standards. This includes developing and promoting AI toolsets in partnership with the AI, governance, and Endpoint Teams, and working closely with the AI security teams to promote a cybersecurity culture. You will originate, facilitate, and lead IT and security teams' efforts to deploy and maintain AI protection solutions, ensuring that all systems are properly configured to defend against emerging threats. Your expertise in AI configuration management will be crucial in maintaining a secure and resilient IT environment. Additionally, you will partner with cyber threat and security operations to drive threat-informed AI configurations. You will envision, promote, and lead AI security philosophies and standards, with a primary responsibility for leading AI security outcomes. Your role is crucial in providing an integrated security ecosystem to deter, detect, defend, and respond to business-impacting security, operational security, and risk issues related to AI initiatives and their configurations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. You Have

3+ years of experience with cybersecurity solution deployment focusing on automation, data management, cyber-response, or operational efficiency Experience with AI solution configuration management, including policy creation, model tuning, and change management for industry-standard AI-based cyber solutions Experience with AI cyber logging and building queries to gain a further understanding of configuration control quality Knowledge of Generative AI industry evolution, effective prompt generation, models differentiators, architecture, and solution design Knowledge of system, network, application, and security architectures, and how AI-based cybersecurity solutions can improve delivery Knowledge of key cyber threats, including nation-state actors, malware or ransomware, command and control infrastructures, and mitigations through AI technologies Knowledge of key cyber processes such as security incident handling, risk posture measurement, change management, and the integration of AI for these purposes Ability to collaborate with professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with technologists and leaders across the enterprise Ability to quickly comprehend complex problems, draw logical conclusions, make sound decisions, develop solutions, and drive closure Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have

Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, R, or similar, specifically for AI model development and deployment Knowledge of the use of databases for reporting, including SQL language Knowledge of the applications of Artificial Intelligence in security, including machine learning and deep learning techniques Ability to design, deploy, and maintain security solutions and configurations in enterprise-class organizations IT Engineering Certification Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Identity Statement
