1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM + OT

Office Shipping Coordinator
for a growing logistics team in Chino. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in shipping coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, labels, packing slips). Coordinate daily outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc. Track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with sales, customer service, and production teams. Maintain accurate shipping/inventory records in ERP systems. Resolve delays, damages, or lost shipments. Ensure packaging meets carrier and company requirements. Order and manage shipping supplies. Maintain compliance with company shipping standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience in shipping/logistics or a similar admin role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager). Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks). Bilingual is a plus. Friendly, respectful, and team oriented. Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented and solution-driven. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
