EPIC Ambulatory Analyst
The Epic Ambulatory Analyst supports the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of applications related to the electronic health record. The analyst participates in the design, build, and troubleshooting related to the application. This role partners with clinical and operational teams across the organization as well as IT teams to ensure modules meet clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and operational goals. Essential Job Duties: Collaborates closely with clinical and operational teams across outpatient, urgent care, orthopedics, eye care, and pediatric services to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. Configure and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory, Urgent Care, and specialty workflows including scheduling, documentation, orders, and billing. Demonstrate knowledge of physician practice, hospital outpatient, and patient experience workflows to inform system design and optimize clinical practice. Leverage broad knowledge of system integration points to work collaboratively across specialties to ensure cohesive workflows between scheduling, lab, radiology, billing, and inpatient clinical modules.
