Bilingual HR Generalist – Manufacturing

Human Resources Generalist
for their high-volume plant in
Florence, KY . This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their HR career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where people come first and no two days are the same. If you enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and being a key player in HR operations, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Handle full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer letters and onboarding Lead employee onboarding and orientation sessions Serve as the go-to liaison for benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and qualifying events Administer FMLA, ADA, and other leaves of absence and engage in the interactive process Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement Help track employee files and maintain compliance with all labor laws Partner with payroll to ensure accuracy in deductions, garnishments, and updates Track HRIS data and provide insights through reporting Coordinate employee recognition programs, engagement events, and company celebrations Uphold compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies What You Bring: Fluent in both English and Spanish
(Required) 2+years of human resources experience (preferably in manufacturing or high-volume setting) Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools Working knowledge of employment law, benefits, payroll, and compliance Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred Strong healthcare, dental, vision, and life insurance options 401(k) with company match PTO, paid holidays, and growth opportunities Supportive team environment and hands-on training
