Inventory Data Entry Specialist

to join our team. As an Inventory Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our ERP system by compiling and verifying information from various sources. Your attention to detail will directly impact our inventory management processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Location:

Remote with preference to candidates who reside within our states of operation: IL, MI, OH, PA, MD, NJ, MA .

Light travel as needed. (Approximately 10% after initial onboarding) Key Responsibilities Maintain ERP System: Enter new and updated part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), purchase orders (POs), invoices, supplier information, and other relevant data into the ERP system. Ensure Data Accuracy: Compile and verify information from various sources to prepare source data for entry. Double-check details and resolve discrepancies before finalizing records. Monitor Data Integrity: Regularly review ERP system records for completeness and consistency. Verify pricing, bills of materials, and other details to ensure system accuracy. ERP State-to-State Data Entry Efficiency: Run reports to track and monitor accuracy of data entry from all state operations and provide feedback for improvement. Manage Purchase Orders: Generate purchase orders using Beanworks or other procurement software. Submit to accounting for processing, send to suppliers, and update ERP to reflect accurate inventory records. Track and Communicate Shipments: Trace shipments, update ERP with delivery information, and notify facilities of changes or delays, ensuring timely communication of expedited delivery dates. Respond to Information Requests: Provide accurate and timely responses to internal stakeholders and external partners regarding inventory and data inquiries. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent work experience considered. 2+ years of experience in data entry, inventory management, procurement support, or related operational role Proven experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) to enter, maintain, and verify complex datasets Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset management) and overall Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) Experience generating and submitting purchase orders and supporting procurement workflows; Beanworks or comparable software experience preferred High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with large volumes of data, part numbers, bills of materials, invoices, and supplier records Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain data integrity across multiple states of operation Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to queries from internal teams and external partners quickly and accurately Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and maintain clean and consistent system records Comfortable with light travel (approximately 10%) to operational sites for training, onboarding, or audits Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of compliance-driven operations Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive company and vendor information Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected and collaborative with cross-functional teams

Work Environment This position primarily performs duties in a remote office setting when not onsite in a dispensary or manufacturing facility environment.

Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, this position is regularly required to sit and regularly use hand(s) to handle, grasp, feel, and or touch. This position is occasionally required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. This position is required to speak and listen regularly.
