Join one of Southern California's leading heavy civil firms. $100M firm performing underground utilities projects around Southern California. Office based position. All work is local, good culture and benefits. Responsibilities Estimate wet and dry utility projects for municipalities and governmental agencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management preferred, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience as an Estimator performing highway and public works projects.
