Overview
We are seeking a bilingual
HR Generalist
to join our growing manufacturing team. This individual will provide comprehensive support across key HR functions, with a primary focus on
recruiting ,
employee relations , and
HR operations . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment. Key Details Location:
West Palm Beach (Main location) & Deerfield Beach, FL (must be able to commute to both locations) Employment Type:
Full-Time, Direct Hire Salary Range:
$60,000 $70,000 per year Industry:

Responsibilities
Support full-cycle
recruiting
efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding Serve as a point of contact for
employee relations
issues; assist in addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment Provide support with
payroll processing ,
timekeeping , and
attendance tracking Assist with
benefits administration , including open enrollment and employee communication Maintain and update
job descriptions , ensuring consistency and accuracy Coordinate and support
new hire onboarding
and orientation processes Track and assist with
performance review
processes and timelines Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and employment laws Ensure HR processes and documentation are consistent across both locations
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
(required) Associates Degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required);
Bachelors degree
preferred Minimum of 3
years of HR experience
in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment Working knowledge of
recruiting, employee relations, and HR compliance Familiarity with
payroll systems
and
timekeeping software
(e.g., ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or similar) Basic understanding of
benefits administration
and open enrollment processes Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel/commute between
West Palm Beach and Deerfield Beach
as needed
