Technology Project Manager
A growing and leading engineering firm seeks a Technology Project Manager for upcoming commercial, government, and educational projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in commercial, government, and educational projects. Responsibilities Interact with clients and other disciplines effectively. Utilize AutoCAD or Revit for planning and designing various integrated systems in the technology sector. Design systems including outside plant cabling, structured cabling, wireless networks, access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems. Maintain client relationships and coordinate with project managers. Prepare Division 27 and 28 technical specifications. Essential Skills Proficiency in Revit and CAD. 5+ years of experience within the technology/telecom space. RCDD Certification is a hard requirement. Strong knowledge of circuit design. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of electrical/communications design experience. Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification. Knowledge of ICT (Information and Communications Technology). Familiarity with BICSI (Building Industry Consulting International). Work Environment This multi-state engineering company specializes in commercial, industrial, and educational projects. It offers a family-oriented culture with numerous internal events and development courses, along with stock plan opportunities. The work environment is deadline-driven yet relaxed. Initially, work will be split between 2-3 days in the office and 3+ remote days, with increasing remote opportunities over time. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth into a department head role, allowing you to build and lead a team in the Technology and Low Voltage design department. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Edmonds, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
