Job Purpose
The Senior Network Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's LAN/WAN/FW infrastructure, network security operations, and supporting IT network architecture across CNH plants. This role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to ensure seamless network operations and support organizational growth. Responsibilities
Network Operations Support: Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance; monitor and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime; ensure compliance with network security standards and protocols. Project Implementation: Lead and execute network projects at CNH locations, primarily North America; collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables; oversee project progress to ensure completion within scope and budget. IT Network Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize network architecture to meet current and future business needs; evaluate and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure. Collaboration and Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with plant users; provide technical support and training to ensure smooth plant operations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and incident reports; prepare and present reports on network performance and project status to stakeholders. Experience Required
10+ years of experience in LAN/WAN and Network Security Operations Support. Proven track record in managing and delivering network projects in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of IT network architecture and security principles. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in network hardware, software, and security protocols. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex network issues and implement effective solutions. Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize, make decisions under pressure, and lead teams through change. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lieue of qualifications. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent. Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is $105,750 - $141,000 plus any applicable bonus. The actual salary is variable based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role. What We Offer
