The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across multiple functions including employee relations, performance management, talent development and compliance. Under the direction of the Head of HR Services U.S. and HR Business Partner, the Senior HR Generalist will support all HR matters and services to ensure efficient operations of the U.S. sites aligned with organizational goals. This role also provides high-quality administrative support across HR operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance in employee lifecycle processes and maintaining HR systems and data integrity. Responsibilities
Provides HR support to the U.S. Head of HR Services and HRBP Raleigh with the strictest confidentiality at all times and with minimal supervision on all HR matters Mentor HR Generalists Back-up for the Benefits and Payroll department Enforces company policies and practices at all times Develop policies as needed and review and propose changes to current policies Support managers and employees on HR-related matters Manage employee relations issues, investigations and conflict resolution Support performance management processes, including coaching and feedback Lead or support talent development initiatives and succession planning Support implementing employee relations and employee satisfaction initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits and talent acquisition Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership Ensure alignment on all HR transactions across the U.S. Ensure data is accurate in the HR systems Assist with HR audits, reporting and documentation Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations Contributes to process improvement initiatives and system enhancements Performs other duties as assigned by management Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics Travel may be required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Multi-state experience a plus SHRM-CP a plus Physical Requirements
