Senior Manager, Delivering Deal Value

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Opportunity As part of the Deals team you will support the IT function within M&A, engaging in large-scale, cross-functional business process and systems integration, separation, and transformation changes. As a Senior Manager you will lead large teams across the deal spectrum, facilitating planning and execution of integration and separation projects while developing dynamic teams that drive results. Responsibilities - Oversee the planning and execution of integration and separation initiatives - Lead and mentor teams to enhance performance and achieve objectives - Drive results through impactful project management and strategic oversight - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote seamless business processes - Manage large-scale transformations and system integrations - Foster a culture of exceptional performance and continuous improvement - Engage in every phase of the deal cycle, from due diligence to execution - Utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities for synergy and cost enhancement What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 7 years of experience in M&A, integration, and transformation What Sets You Apart - Master's Degree in Information Technology, Operations Management/Research, Engineering, Accounting & Finance preferred - Demonstrating thorough project management and organizational skills - Building relationships and influencing peers effectively - Leading large teams and multiple clients simultaneously - Leveraging prior M&A experience - Communicating effectively in various formats and audiences - Actively taking initiative in fast-paced environments - Experience in supporting IT functions within M&A Travel Requirements Up to 80% PwC does not intend to hire experienced or entry level job seekers who will need, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth within the following policy.
