Job Details
Key Responsibilities: Lead case strategy on complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense matters Draft and argue dispositive motions, including summary judgment Manage discovery, ESI protocols, and expert witness coordination Conduct depositions and client presentations Trial preparation and courtroom advocacy Mentor junior associates and coordinate with international teams
Required: Top-tier law school with superior academics 3-6 years AmLaw 100 litigation experience or federal clerkship Illinois Bar admission Exceptional writing and advocacy skills Federal/state court motion practice experience
Preferred: Federal clerkship, Law Review, trial experience Securities litigation or white-collar defense background E-discovery platform expertise (Relativity, Concordance)
