JOB DESCRIPTION DAP is currently looking to hire a Product Information Specialist. Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise to customers, sales reps, and internal staff in proper product usage and application. Arrange for customer reimbursement for defective products, assist in resolving customer complaints, and conduct investigations on specific user complaints. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and fax regarding correct usage of DAP products. Advise customers on correcting misuse of DAP products, supply technical data sheets, verbal advice, and safety data sheets. Handle written, electronic, and faxed correspondence regarding technical advice and customer dissatisfaction. Provide product use referrals to architects, engineers, contractors, and end users. Participate in rotating Saturday on-call phone support, providing remote assistance one Saturday each quarter, with schedule posted quarterly. Requirements

High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree. 0-3 years of customer service experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking skills essential. Industry experience and product knowledge are a plus. Knowledge of SAP system is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under stress. Detail-oriented with a mature attitude when dealing with customers. Benefits
